A complete website design includes planning, designing, testing and executing a web site from scratch. You will be consulted at each stage of the design to ensure that you get the web site you want.

A typical web site design process looks like this:

1. Initial ideas about the website and aims.
2. User Requirements - what must be included for users, staff etc.
3. Basic designs - rough sketches and mock-ups of possible designs for the web site.
4. User testing to tweak design issues, useability of features, access etc.
5. Building, programming and writing of chosen design.
6. More user testing to check that the final design works, or if it needs more tweaking.
7. Final polish and preview (including any changes).
8. Launch website to the general public.

• Full Review - a multi page report on the site with a view to accessibility, pointing out problems, why there is a problem and solutions, with recommendations.
